FAQ
Does Massage Hurt?

It shouldn't in most cases! When requesting Deep Tissue or more focused work on knots/trigger points there can be soreness and intense pressure, which should not go beyond "hurts so good!"
Massage does not need to hurt to be helpful! If you are experiencing pain on the table, please don't suffer in silence!
When Should I Arrive?

Please arrive about 25 minutes early to your appointment to settle in and go over your intake form. If you haven't filled out your intake form, please do so while you wait.

Where Should I Enter?

There are two entryways into the building, our entrance is on the Court Street side! When parking, please do not block other cars, thank you.
Do I Need to Pre-Pay?

No! Clients are able to book online and only need to enter a card to have on file to adhere to our cancellation and no show policies. You are welcome to pre-pay if you like.
What Should I Do After My Appointment?

After your appointment you should take it easy and drink plenty of extra water. You may notice some soreness, especially if you have not received massage in a while. Feel free to apply heat or ice to soothe any soreness. We will go over things you can do between sessions at the end of your appointment, but I always recommend stretching!
